How to enable another employee to do personnel management?
Enter Manager in the field Type of account.
This employee will also be able to consult tax records.
How to limit an employee's spending?
Enter an amount in the field Maximum amount for the period.
This amount will be renewed at the start of each period, if the field Type of period has a value other than Indeterminate.
If not, you will have to start a new period to make the full maximum amount
assigned to the employee available again.
How to add an additional amount for the length of the period only?
Enter the amount in the field Additional amount for the period.
This amount will be erased automatically at the end of the current period.
This avoids your having to change the Maximum amount for a period during the busiest
request time for tax records.
How to ensure that an employee will not have access to his or her access code from a specific date?
Enter the date in the field End date of account.
