Communication email versus Mozaïk account.
The communication email is the one used to communicate with you.
When "Connection with Mozaïk" is activated a "Mozaïk account" field is displayed,
this field may contain an email, this email represents the email associated with your Mozaïk account when connecting with Mozaïk.
Please note that this email is not used to communicate with you.
Note: This only applies when “Connection with Mozaïk” is enabled.
Two-factor authentication.
When "Connection with Mozaïk" is activated and the identity provider is local, a hyperlink to configure two-factor
authentication is displayed. This helps improve the security of your account in the event your password is stolen.

How to reset my password?
To change your password, you must complete the Reset password section.
A valid password must be composed of a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of
20 characters. Permitted characters are uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers
and the following special characters: _ , . ! ? $ - % * &
Note: This only applies when “Connection with Mozaïk” is disabled
Why is my password always in error?
If your password is expired or if you have received your password by email
having used the hypertext Forgotten password, you must absolutely
change your password to access School taxation.
Have you respected uppercase and lowercase letters?

Why an old password may not be re-used?
The period for which a password may be re-used has been implemented in School
taxation. An old password may not be re-used, therefore, you must choose a new
password that has not already been used in the past.

How to subscribe to online billing?
When online billing is available, a subscription option is available in the SUBSCRIPTION section.
If your type of access is Property owner, you can subscribe by checking Online billing.
Furthermore, you have to read and accept the agreement for online billing.

Check the acceptation box to complete your subscription.
By subscribing, you accept to consult your bill online when it becomes available.
You will no longer receive your bill by mail.
Why can't I modify my subscription to online billing?
It is not possible to subscribe or unsubscribe to online billing when bills are already produced for the current year.
During this period, a message is displayed at the top of the page indicating that modifications are not authorised.
Subscription / unsubscription will be available again later in the year, for next year's billing.
If you're already registered, you will not receive your bill by mail. If you have not already done so, you must accept the terms of use to view your bill online.
How to subscribe to the detailed account/account statement by email?
When it is possible to receive your detailed account/account statement by email, a subscription option is available in the SUBSCRIPTION section.
If your type of access is Property owner, you can subscribe by checking Detailed account/account statement by email.
By registering, you understand that you will receive your detailed account/account statement by email and not by mail.
You are responsible for adjusting your email address if necessary.
If conditions of use are presented, you must read and accept them.
