What is the reason for certificate?

It helps identify the act of sale. The most recent certificate with this code is used to print information on the valuation unit's acquisition. Note : The reason for certificate will not appear in the window if it has been predefined by the system administrator.

On what basis are consultation fees applied?

Fees are applied if the delay for consulting a tax record without additional fees has been surpassed for this file.
To obtain the information concerning the number of days allotted to consult a file without additional fees, please refer to the school board hosting the site.

Is it possible to have a tax record certified?

If the school board hosting the site allows it, you will see the link Certifying a tax record on the same page as Consulting a tax record. By clicking on the link, you will automatically start the certification process, and a certified tax record will be mailed out to you.

What is certification of a tax record?

A verification process certifying that no information that might alter the balance has been processed prior to issuing the tax records.

Why a tax record is not printed in the same language as the Internet site?

A tax record is printed in the official language of the organization that offers the School taxation site. If the organization is francophone, the tax record will always be printed in French. If the organization is anglophone, the tax record will always be printed in English. This is regardless of the choice of language used to start up School taxation.
