This page allows you to display a tax record for a valuation unit.
A tax record contains information about a valuation unit, balances owing at various stated deadlines, zero balances for the current year, and bill amounts not overdue.

Click on the corresponding roll number in the search results list. Then choose production options. If fees apply, you must agree to be billed the consultation fees before continuing. The tax record will then be displayed.

Fees are applied if

• The delay for consulting a tax record without additional fees has been surpassed for this file. The number of days allotted to consult a file without additional fees is consigned in the data Delay to consult a file once again without fees.
• The delay for consulting a tax record has not been attained, but the record was produced by a different organization (e.g. a municipal tax record followed by a school tax record.)

If the school board hosting the site allows it, you will see the link Certifying a tax record on the same page as Consulting a tax record . By clicking on the link, you will automatically start the certification process, and a certified tax record will be mailed out to you.

A verification process certifying that no information that might alter the balance has been processed prior to issuing the tax records.

A tax record is printed in the official language of the organization that offers the School taxation site. If the organization is francophone, the tax record will always be printed in French. If the organization is anglophone, the tax record will always be printed in English. This is regardless of the choice of language used to start up School taxation.
